This website is operated by MobileBattery Philippines Inc. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to www.mobilebattery.ph
(the “Website”). Your use of the Website is governed by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), as amended from time to time. The Terms must be read together with any conditions or disclaimers on our pages and with our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Website or place an order.

All purchases are subject to availability. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities offered or sold, including limiting sales to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Re-distribution or re-sale of our products/services is prohibited and may result in loss of membership or service access. Our products/services are for the purchasing customer’s use only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that no minor under 18 accesses products that are not appropriate for them.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices shown are in Philippine pesos (PHP).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected dealer/reseller orders or fraudulent transactions. If we believe a false or fraudulent order was placed, we may cancel it and notify relevant authorities.
We strive to display product colors and designs accurately but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be precise.

15) Governing Law & Venue (Philippines)

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, your use of the Website, and any products/services purchased through the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, action, or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines (or another Metro Manila venue we may specify in writing), and you irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

16) Battery Warranties

• No warranty is issued where a customer supplies their own battery for installation.

• MobileBattery warranties apply only to batteries sold, delivered, and installed by authorized MobileBattery Philippines technicians or dealers.

• Warranties are valid only with proof of service (MobileBattery invoice/bill of sale or certified service record). Lack of proof may void warranty.

• Non-battery-related causes and user-induced issues may void warranty (e.g., leaving lights on, long storage without maintenance/charging, alternator or charging-system failure, wiring faults, aftermarket electrical loads, or misuse).

• Some vehicles require battery registration / system coding; failure to perform manufacturer-recommended procedures may affect warranty coverage.

17) Service Authorization & Waiver (On-Site Work)

By booking with MobileBattery Philippines Inc. and/or Authorized Partners, you acknowledge and agree:

• You are the owner or an authorized person responsible for the vehicle/property and authorize MobileBattery to perform services described in the job order.

• You agree to pay the quoted total plus any approved additional fees using acceptable payment methods listed on www.mobilebattery.ph (e.g., GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash, etc.).

• You release, indemnify, and hold harmless MobileBattery Philippines Inc., its employees, and authorized partners from liability for claims or damages arising from requested services, except to the extent caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence under Philippine law.

• You understand there are inherent risks in automotive electrical work (e.g., existing wiring issues, hidden faults, aftermarket devices). You accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions and agree that photos/records (vehicle plate, VIN, ID image, job details) may be collected for service, safety, and fraud-prevention consistent with our Privacy Policy.

• Fraudulent chargebacks or theft-of-service will be reported to authorities and financial institutions for investigation and possible prosecution.

18) Payments & Currency

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted payment methods are listed on www.mobilebattery.ph and may include GCash, Maya, bank transfer (e.g., BPI/BDO/Metrobank), and cash. Card or other methods may be added subject to availability and processor policies.

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
