MobileBattery Battery Warranty (Philippines)
MobileBattery Philippines Inc. warrants that any battery you purchase from our authorized partners is free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty term shown on your invoice, warranty card, or email confirmation. Some items may include an additional prorated period.

If your battery fails due to a defect during the Free Replacement period, you are eligible for a free replacement battery.

If your battery includes a Prorated period and fails due to a defect during that period, you may purchase a replacement at a discount calculated from the months used since the original purchase.

Any replacement item provided under this performance warranty must be identical or reasonably equivalent to your original purchase.
Retail price note: The retail price at the time you return your original battery may differ from the price you originally paid. Taxes, fees, and extra labor for difficult vehicle installations are charged separately.

Any remaining Free Replacement coverage on the original battery carries over to the replacement (if replaced within the Free Replacement period).

Batteries purchased under Prorated Warranty receive a new warranty starting from the new purchase date.
Important Usage Disclaimer
How you use your battery can shorten the warranty period. If an automotive battery is used in:

a vehicle used for commercial purposes,
-
a truck over one ton, or
-
a diesel vehicle (other than a passenger automobile or a pickup used for personal purposes),
your coverage may be limited.

This limited warranty does not cover batteries that are only discharged, or are damaged due to abuse, neglect, misuse, fire, accident, collision, explosion, freezing, theft, over-charging, alteration, improper installation, additives, unauthorized repair attempts, or lack of maintenance.
MobileBattery Philippines Inc. liability is limited to replacing the battery according to this limited warranty. We are not liable for punitive, consequential, or incidental damages such as towing, diagnostics/electrical tests, charging services, rental vehicles, labor, loss of time/use, lost profits, or damage to property other than the battery itself.
Service Call-Out, Delivery & Installation

Warranty service without a purchased full-service warranty: 50% of the total service price. Manufacturer warranties: contact the battery manufacturer directly, if applicable.

Free replacement coverage refers to the battery only and does not include delivery, call-out, or installation.

Note: If your receipt states included service (e.g., MobileBattery Premium), the call-out may be waived according to that plan’s terms.​

Prorated Coverage Schedule (example after a 36-month Free Replacement)
If your battery includes a prorated period after a 3-year free replacement:

Months 31–48: 50% discount

Months 49–60: 25% discount
-
Months 61–72: 5% discount

The discount is applied to the base price of the replacement battery. Taxes and fees are not included in the discount.
